Heat press settings:
- temperature - 400 degrees F
- dwell time - variable (see dwell time chart below)
- pressure - light to medium

Dwell times:
1-50 square inches - 45 to 60 seconds
50 - 120 square inches - 60 seconds to 1:15 minutes
120 + square inches - 1:15 to 1:45 minutes
An example of square inches calculation: a 4x6 panel has 24 square inches
(4x6=24).
